A well-established, vibrant & busy Real Estate office committed to growth is in need of a Routines Inspection Officer to join their team.
With continued education and guidance offered to the right person and little to no staff turnover, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to stay in Property Management without the stress of a portfolio or wanting to make their mark with a great company.
About the Role
  • Responsible for undertaking routine inspections for the office rent roll
  • Interacting with tenants daily to schedule and carry out the inspections
  • Daily reporting
  • Working closing with the Property Management team to ensure seamless service for Landlords and Tenants alike
  • Monday to Friday only, no Saturdays required
  • Onsite parking and fuel allowance provided
The Successful Candidate
  • A motivated individual ready to take responsibility outside of managing a portfolio
  • Have a high attention to detail with strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Motivated and energetic person with a positive attitude
  • High levels of empathy and customer service
Essential for this Role
  • Current Real Estate registration certificate
  • Minimum 6 months Real Estate experience and the desire to grow within the industry
  • Current drivers license and own vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
