You will be working for an Australian owned Wholesaler that has a variety of brands that imports and sells their luxury goods to Tier 1 and smaller retailers who then on sell to consumers in retail stores as well as direct to corporate clients. 

As the business is growing, they are looking for a person who can take on a customer service and sales support role where you will be the first point of contact for all corporate clients. You will be managing a whole range of duties and responsibilities and you will be using your experience to ensure the clients are getting first class customer service.

The role:
  • Be the first point of contact for Tier 1 and smaller retailers and corporate clients in relation to order and service tasks in  B2B2C channel
  • Oversee customer enquiries in relation to reporting and orders
  • Online B2B order processing & reporting that includes returns and exchanges
  • Contract management at a service and supply level
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of client solutions
    Provision of first class customer service to all key accounts and client stakeholders
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Take ownership of various projects and ad hoc general admin requests
  • Take the opportunity to add value to best serve your clients
  • Meet visiting clients at Reception
  • Assist with client escalations that may come in from the call centre
  • Assist with business process improvement
  • Assist with cross & up selling into existing client accounts

To be successful in this role, you will require the following essential criteria:

  • At least 2 years experience gained in a B2B Customer Service or Sales Support environment, ideally in FMCG industry
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to deal with people at all levels
  • The ability to think on your feet to solve problems
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a thought process that always outs the clients needs first
  • The ability to take on varied duties and prioritise a workload in a Jack-of-all-Trades environment
  • A mature and capable approach to your work that questions the status quo and allows you to use your initiative
  • Tech savvy with advanced skills in MS Excel and the aptitude to learn how to make adjustments on the corporate website
  • An eye for detail for order processing and contract revision
  • Knowledge of import and distribution of products would be a distinct advantage
