You will be working for a respected, global services firm that provides sales & marketing solutions to software & technology vendors. You will be working on a variety of sales campaigns with IT companies that range from small start-up companies to global market leaders with brand names that everyone knows and are respected in the marketplace. The Company has developed a formidable reputation in its field and is growing all over the world.
Based in Thailand, you will be working in a team that supports clients in the pre-sales phase of their sales cycle, by advising on the most suitable Enterprise technical solutions for them, technology support as the client transitions through their digital transformation period. You will also be part of the sales team responsible for revenue generation, so your technical expertise plays a key role for the sales team.
You will be a highly driven, technically focused individual who is used to working with Enterprise clients and vendor partners, used to working to sales targets with your team and used to creating technical solutions for your clients based on your knowledge and expertise. You will enjoy working in the whole sales cycle from technical pre-sales, consulting through to software implementation.
Technical expertise required:
  • Microsoft product suite & solutions to include:
    • Outlook, Dynamics 365 and Teams
    • Azure – IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
  •  Born-in-the-cloud modern applications & cloud infrastructure
  •  SaaS security solutions

Languages required include:
  • Thai/English
To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria:
  • A Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Azure Certification (MS-900) or other relevant Certifications (Linux, Agile, etc.) is preferred
  • Solid experience of working with born-in-the-cloud modern applications & cloud infrastructure
  • Practical experience in implementing Azure projects preferred
  • Practical experience in infrastructure sizing and cloud architecture (typically based on the application requirements) preferred
  • Strong understanding of cloud application patterns & designs desired
  • B2B client relationship and account management experience
  • Relationship management with Microsoft vendor stakeholders
  • Used to working in a pre-sales or technical consulting function assisting a sales team
  • Experience of software implementations for clients
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to recognize a sales opportunity by utilising consultative technical selling techniques
As much as this role is a pre-sales technical role, we also require CVs from more junior candidates who have some technical expertise to work in a support function. The role is still client facing but is more focused on business analysis, support, documentation, analysis, pipeline forecasting and CRM management.
