About the role:
Opportunity to join our engaging pharmacy team on a permanent full-time basis. Working at our compounding facility based in Mount Kuring-gai, you will provide a remote pharmacy service to oncology patients across NSW.

Develop your skills within oncology while partnering with an expert team to deliver the highest level of clinical pharmacy service to our clinics and patients.
  
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Pharmacist to be available to work full-time Monday – Friday 38 hrs/week. Once in the role for 3 months, you will have the option to work 1-2 days/week from home.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organise the supply of chemotherapy for oncology inpatients and day oncology unit patients within our clinics
  • Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Record clinical interventions
  • Educate and counsel staff and patients of Slade Pharmacy
  • Participate in clinical trial activities
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  
Skills & experience: 
  • Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Pharmacist 
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
