The role:
They are looking for a Solution Architect to design and define detailed web experience management and web content management solutions primarily focused on Sitecore for business problems of varying size and complexity, clearly communicating the resulting design to all parties (developers, tech leads, internal and external stakeholders), and to be responsible for the architecture of a project so that the end result is a consistent, coherent, maintainable solution.
This role is also responsible for developing deep and enduring relationships with current and prospective customers. Acting in a consulting capacity, you will build trust by architecting solutions that drive significant value for their clients. These solutions may include Sitecore and Kentico – our preferred platforms - but may also include other Content Management Systems as well as adjacent technologies.

You will have spent years successfully meeting and exceeding client requirements by delivering best-in-market, customer-centric solutions in large enterprise environments. Your knowledge of Sitecore is second to none, and you relish the opportunity to push the boundaries and deliver innovative and bespoke solutions, while making the complex simple.

Key Skills
  • Demonstrated successful senior leadership experience (5-7 years +) within a digital technology/professional service delivery organisation
  • Consulting experience gained in large client environments
  • A strong personal network that can be leveraged (clients, colleagues and industry)
  • Strong collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships across organisations that drives strong outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, skills and/or experience in technology
