Concrete Supervisor

To support our continued growth, we are searching for a Concrete Supervisor to join the team. This initial position will be a 2:1 FIFO roster ex-Darwin or Brisbane. Once the WA borders re-open there will be an option to FIFO out of Perth.  

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be required to oversee the construction of Civil & Concrete Works. Your responsibilities will include day to day planning, conducting pre-starts, client interaction and ensuring the work is completed to a high standard with regarding to quality, safety and schedule. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of form-work, concrete & steel-fixing experience
  • Experience supervising large concrete pours in a mining environment
  • Experience with Bulk Earthworks desirable
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Efficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, work to deadlines and multitask
