To support our continued growth, we are searching for a Project Administrator to join the team working within our Roma facility, on a fulltime basis.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager, the successful candidate will be required to maintain document control and coordination, and complete general office and project administration duties as required. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to managing rosters, flights and accommodation requirements for all personnel including site based, daily entry of personnel timesheets and monthly invoicing of our contracted customers, regular liaison with our customers Contract Manager and ensuring the work is completed to a high standard with regards to quality, safety and timeliness. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in relevant role within the energy and resources Industry
  • Current “C” Class Driver’s License
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or similar is deemed advantageous but not essential
  • Well-developed computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Motivated to achieve targets and foster a good team environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously with minimal supervision
