To support our continued growth, we are searching for an Administration Assistant to join the team in our Kewdale office immediately

To support our continued growth, we are searching for an Administration Assistant to join the team in our Kewdale office immediately, on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, with the potential to go full time.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Asset and Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will perform general administration duties including Time Sheet Entries, scanning and entering of delivery dockets, reconciling of invoices, Updating of Tracking Registers ,raise purchase orders, request quotations from external suppliers and actioning purchase requisitions. Your responsibilities will include and ensuring the work is completed to a high standard with regarding to quality, safety and timeliness. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business or similar is deemed advantageous
  • 2 + years’ experience in relevant role
  • Proven experience with Cheops
  • Advance ability in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
