About the Role:
  
The purpose of this role is the strategic account management of BOC’s major customers across Region South Pacific with head offices primarily based in Perth.
  
Based in our office in Canning Vale, WA and reporting to the Major Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service levels and profitability of the major customers through effective contract & pricing management. You will achieve this by contract management and compliance as well as tendering for new business wins and ensuring the new business is implemented effectively.
  
Other Responsibilities include:    
  • Proactively growing market share across all product groups
  • Generate leads using a blend of cold calls, major projects and internal / external sources
  • Leverage relationships to prospect for business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Sales Force Dot Com
  • Manage customer review cycle and stakeholder maps
  • Perform customer analysis & review to ensure full value of contract is realised
  • Increase the profitability of your portfolio through effective price management and product substitution
  • Use Sales Force to maximise effectiveness of time
  • Understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends
To be successful you will have:  
  • Proven experience in selling & Business Development with a proactive approach
  • Skills and experience in Tender and Bids
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Negotiation skills
  • Advanced Presentation skills
