About our Graduate Program

From February 2021 you will be part of a 2-year rotation program that involves:
  • 9-12 months rotational placements across Australia / New Zealand including relocation assistance
  • Opportunities to apply your knowledge/experience and take on real life projects
  • A designated and dedicated mentorship by Senior leaders
  • A buddy system to connect with fellow graduates
  • Connecting with your fellow graduates during the Annual Graduate Development week which focuses on further developing your personal and soft skills such as presentation, communication and leadership skills

About You

You will be able to demonstrate your creativity, adaptive thinking and capability of your engineering judgment in solving complex engineering problems through your university projects, personal projects, internship or work experience!

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will have effective communication skills, strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills. 

You will be adaptable and willing to relocate, enabling you to develop a diverse skill set working with some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

As a Successful candidate, you will:
  • Have recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering (either within the last 3 years or in your final semester) with solid academic achievement
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent resident
