Elgas is looking for an experienced Depot Operations Manager to join our team based in Brisbane, QLD. In this role you will be the functional lead for managing safety support, compliance and performance in operational delivery of filling and testing across Elgas in QLD.
  
Some of your principal responsibilities will include:
  • Manage depot operations to budget whilst meeting industry and regulator safety and customer service standards.
  • Representing Elgas in day to day dealings with applicable QLD regulators
  • Provide leadership and ensure compliance to MHF requirements.
  • Improve profitability through benchmarking and reviewing operations.
  • Re-negotiate and monitor contractor agreements with the Regional Manager and National Managers.
  • Manage CAPEX submissions and implementation.
  
It is expected you bring experience and knowledge including:
  • Tertiary Qualification in engineering/technical or operations management.
  • 5+ years of experience in LPG/Petroleum/Gas industry or Multi-Site Management.
  • Experience working within MHF will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with regulators will be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in Cost Management.
  • Experience in Change Management and influencing/negotiation/conflict resolution.
