We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Recruitment Team.

Working in partnership with our National Recruitment teams, you will be required to execute end to end recruitment campaigns across designated geographic areas for Healthcare Workers.

The primary focus of this role is to source and onboard suitably skilled and experienced nurses to meet the ever changing market demand, ensuring compliance is adhered to at all times whilst simultaneously meeting extremely tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities will include
  • Determine suitability of candidates through thorough telephone screening
  • Conduct multiple interviews daily via telephone, video calls and face to face
  • Complete comprehensive reference checks
  • Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process
  • Provide ongoing candidate care to nurses
  • Handle adhoc enquiries via telephone and email
About you
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume position within a recruitment environment or similar sales and customer service setting. You will be professional, self-motivated and have a genuine desire to become part of our growing team.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
