What will you be doing in this role:

Grow the property management department through portfolio growth. You will have exclusive access to all sales leads and inquiry and in turn you will onboard and manage the new managements. Once growth targets are hit you can step away from managing the portfolio and focus on growth and leadership.
  • Convert sales leads + source new managements
  • Appraise properties
  • In, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Arrears management
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Bond and insurance claims
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Nurturing Tenant and landlord relationships
  • Driving portfolio and business growth
The right candidate will have:
  • Experience in business development and portfolio management
  • A grade customer service and communication skills
  • A current real estate licence or certificate
  • A reliable car and valid drivers’ licence
  • Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
  • An eagerness for personal and professional growth
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays if required
