My client is a part of a national property group, that has a small and successful project marketing arm. Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD this team that has weathered the recent storm in the project marketing space, and has retained a small team that is now looking to further grow. With both completed and off plan stock to be sold, this group manages the sales and marketing for from launch to settlement for multiple developers across Sydney.  
The role:
A traditional project sales role, ideally suited to a true sales professional that wants to roll their sleeves up, get on the phones, qualify and nurture buyers to close deals! This role will see you work from a corporate head office in the heart of the CBD as well as various display suites across Sydney.  
Experience required:
  • Prior experience in off plan apartment sales
  • Sound knowledge of the off plan sales process
  • A current certificate of registration
  • Flexibility to work weekends 
  • Brilliant customer service and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • The ability to pick up the phone and call past and present inquiry
