Corporate Link Services provides businesses with integrated back of office support services. We are currently seeking a Service & Support Officer (SSO) to join our Funding team at Head Office, Robina. This is a full time position and you will be responsible for assisting new and existing Participants through budgeting and forecasting, to maximise their NDIS plans in a timely and efficient manner.   
Desired Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management
  • High attention to detail / Ability to work under pressure 
  • An understanding of the NDIS schedule of services, rules and regulations
  • Ability to manage plan budgets and undertake effective money management
  • Previous experience working autonomously and being accountable
  • A passion for helping others
To be successful in this role you will
  • Provide support to Participants through the efficient and effective utilisation of NDIS funds allocated to the individual
  • Receive funding request forms and populate quotes based on requirements
  • Forecast Participant expenditure based on existing services
  • Notify relevant parties when there are changes to a Participant’s plan
  • Liaise with Service Leaders and Area Managers
  • Maintain Participant’s services on the Carelink software
  • Contribute proactively to a diverse and fast-paced work team
  • Keep updated with relevant NDIS pricing structures and changes
  • Attend and participate in training and meetings, as required
