The Opportunity   
Contributing to achieving a well-housed society this not for profit organisation are a national company. They have been working in the affordable housing arena for the past 9 years and already helped over 3500 people into homes.

Starting off on a portfolio of 160 properties the goal is to reduce the portfolio size to 120 with the expansion of the team. This growth is due to the fact that over 70 properties are due to be added to the Victorian portfolio and that means the team will grow quickly.

Our ideal team member will be:
  • Agents Representative or Full License qualifications
  • Min 3 years’ experience in portfolio management
  • Dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a highly professional approach
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be well presented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience and working knowledge of Console, IRE and Inspection Manager or similar systems
  • Current driver's license 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Awareness of NRAS is desirable but not essential
