About the role:


The role requires an enthusiastic sales person who is driven by direct customer contact and enjoys flexible working conditions.
As a successful candidate, you will be meeting clients, understanding their financial situation and helping them find the right home loan for them.
  • This is a one of a kind opportunity with appointments booked in for you.
  • Earning potential is in excess of $100,000.

What would you be doing?

Your main duties would include:
  • Meeting clients across Melbourne in their homes or at the office.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ home loan needs
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication and effective questioning.
  • Understanding the loan process and choosing a suitable product based on what they require and what is important to them.
  • Submitting documentation and assessing client’s eligibility for their home loan
  • Note: Appointments are predominantly after business hours for clients' convenience – this is not a 9 -5 role.
  
How can I tell if this is for me?
 
  • At least two years’ experience in sales or general sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve
  • A clear desire to be successful
Completion of Cert IV in Mortgage Broking will be required.
