Sales Representative

We are looking for a sales representative to join our growing team to be based in Boulder or work remotely for our Boutique Business.

In the US, we’ve brought together Mariana Tek, Zingfit, Triib and TrueCoach, to form our Boutique Fitness Division. We’re based all across the US with offices in DC, Boulder, Louisville and Boston. Our products are already revolutionizing boutique fitness, by automating admin and other tasks for gym owners and trainers, so they can get out of the office and spend more time doing what they love.

Position Summary:
This role will focus on acquiring high value customers for our TrueCoach Brand by identifying, communicating, and completing the sales process with qualified leads. The sales representative will work to increase conversion rate, average revenue per user, and monthly recurring revenue.
   
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities with inbound leads
  • Communicate with inbound leads through Intercom Messenger
  • Facilitate the sales process from the initial contact to close
  • Work with team members to funnel deals into the proper onboarding pipeline
  • Prioritize non-converted free trials for our highest value potential customers
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain lead/customer information, process sales, and keep up-to-date client information daily in intercom or hubspot
  • Sell prospective customers that inquire through various forms

 Experience / Education:
  • 1 year experience selling high volume transactional sales
 Work Skills / Personal Characteristics:
  • Passion and experience with the fitness industry
  • Growth Mindset and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Adaptability to change and a high growth environment
  • Comfortable with building new processes and working through ambiguity
