Paysmart is looking for a Client Financial Administrator to join the team. You should be self motivated, an excellent team player and experienced working in a fast paced environment with a strong background in accounts receivable.

The Person

We are looking for a Client Financial Administrator to join the team. You should be self motivated, an excellent team player and experienced working in a fast paced environment. Your duties will include:
Printing bank statements, balancing bank reconciliations and processing suspense items for the trust account each day for both FFA PaySmart and PayGate.
  • Processing daily billing runs for both FFA PaySmart and PayGate.
  • Processing of client settlements for both FFA PaySmart and PayGate with absolute accuracy so that clients are paid on time.
  • Processing of all disputed payment enquiries and cancellation notices for both FFA PaySmart and PayGate each day.
  • Assisting Administration department as required with phone enquiries in a polite and courteous manner ensuring responses are consistent and strictly in accordance with our set procedures.
  • Emailing monthly statements to each card holder requesting receipts for each expense. On receipt of returned statements and receipts, email to NZ accounts department and file originals in appropriate folder.
  • Filing bank statements for trading and trust accounts etc
  • Issuing refunds - integrity check and processing
  • Assist  in financial reporting and data collection
  • Other duties as required
