As a result of recent growth, we have an opening for an Account Manager.  This is a fantastic position that supports our clients who are within the childcare industry.  You will be part of the Account Management team based in Kedron, Brisbane.  Whilst the majority of the position is office based you will be required to arrange face to face visits and meetings with key clients.  
Some of the key duties of this role include
  • Processing client communications
  • Migration of Clients from one platform to another
  • Client service calls - via telephone
  • Client training
To be eligible for this role, your CV should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate over the phone
  • Experience working in a fast paced, customer driven environment.
  • A keen interest and understanding of technology and how this can integrate within a business.
  • Knowledge of the childcare sector would be advantageous as would an understanding of direct debit payments within that sector.
