We are Australasia's largest Full Service direct debit company processing over $1bn of transactions per year. We were established in 1994 and have grown to employ over 160 staff across Australia and New Zealand. The company holds an AFSL license and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Most of our clients are from the Health and Fitness Industry eg. Goodlife, Genesis, Anytime Fitness, World Gym etc. Our Business Units include Debitsuccess, Clubware, Paysmart, Links Modular Solutions and QikKids

Why would a Gym outsource their 'direct debiting' process to Debitsuccess:
  • Being Level 1 PCI DSS compliant means we are externally audited in relation to how we store, transmit and process Credit Card data.
  • We provide a fully outsourced credit control function to the Gym eg if a direct debit fails either because there is insufficient funds or because a customer has changed their credit card details then our credit control process kicks in. This includes, automated SMS, emails, letters and outbound phone calls from our 100 seat call centre.
  • The end result is our collection rate is higher than if a Gym was to do it themselves, which improves cash flow and ensures that less accounts are sent to a Debt Collection Agency.
  • Gyms also prefer to have an expert following up the failed payments which frees them up to concentrate on running the rest of their business

  • We have a 'rock star' point of difference – our competitors only offer a technical solution to direct debiting but none of them offer the full credit control process.
 About the role:
  • You will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients with in the Health and Fitness Sector within the NSW market. (Gyms, Martial Arts Studios, Swim Schools, Boxing Studios etc).
  • You will be selling both the Debitsuccess Full Service solution as well as Clubware. Clubware is a membership management system specifically designed to run a gym and is seamlessly integrated with the Debitsuccess billing platform. Some of the features of Clubware include POS,  Member Management, Reporting, Access Control, Class Management etc.
  • You will need to be very comfortable presenting to business owners and decision makers.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager - Sales & Marketing you will be working alongside a team of BDMs located in each State.
  • The role will be working from home, although, we would expect you to be out on the road meeting prospective clients. If you would prefer to work from a serviced office this can also be arranged.
  • You will be required to make 6 new sales appointments per week. As a result you shouldn't be afraid of making cold calls. Inbound leads will also be provided but most of your leads will be self-generated.
  • Some Account Management of existing clients may be required, however, this is not the focus of the role.
About You:
  • You will either have extensive experience within the Health and Fitness or the Payments industry.
  • If you have worked in the Health and Fitness industry, you will ideally have a working knowledge of both Clubware and Debitsuccess, however, knowledge of other systems is also an advantage.
  • You will need to be a career salesperson ie someone who loves sales.
  • You will need to tech savvy.
  • Your past sales roles won't be transactional they need to be solution based.
  • Ideally you will be familiar with a structured sales methodology such as SPIN Selling, Solution Selling or TAS.
