Exact Contracting Services has an exciting employment opportunity for a Maintenance / Workshop Supervisor working across Civil Projects in the Northern Territory.

A hands on role, the Maintenance / Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the safe and cost effective management of maintenance activities and operations.

As required this position will also be responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of the company's mobile plant equipment, as well as fault finding & diagnostics to assist the prevention of break downs or unexpected down time of machinery.

The successful candidates will possess the following:
  • Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade qualification (essential);
  • Current drivers licence (essential);
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining CATERPILLAR, HITACHI and/or KOMATSU equipment;
  • Demonstrated experience in supervisory/management role;
  • Previous industry experience and solid understanding of mobile plant, crushing and drilling operation and maintenance;
  • Proven commitment to and compliance with site safety standards;
  • Sound knowledge on the use and application of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, and maintenance related systems (MEX);
  • Auto-electrical experience will be highly regarded.

Pre-Employment:
All candidates will be required to pass a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical, and a drug and alcohol screen.
