Exact Contracting are seeking a Project Engineer to work on civil and infrastructure projects within regional NT.

We are interested in hearing from driven individuals with experience in Civil Infrastructure and Road Construction projects.

The Role:

Opportunities will be site based on remote infrastructure and road construction projects. The successful candidate is expected to work on fly in/fly out (FIFO) rosters, often working outdoors and in remote locations.

Part of your role will be to assist the Project Manager with the day to day resourcing of the project, contract administration / produce financial and monthly reporting functions and the management of subcontractors. You will also be held accountable for Quality Assurance. You must have a strong commitment to quality, safety and environmental measures.

The successful applicant will have:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil or equivalent;
  • 2+ years of experience with Bulk Earthworks or Road Construction Projects;
  • Contract Administration experience;
  • Capable with P6 Primavera;
  • Experience with Quality Assurance Management;
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency;
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors;
  • Meticulous documentation and organisational skills;
  • A methodical and organised approach to work;
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude;
  • Desire to work in remote locations; and
  • A hands on approach.

Pre-Employment:
All candidates will be required to pass a National Police Clearance (within 3 months), pre-employment medical, and a drug and alcohol screen.
