Exact Contracting are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in 2021, working on civil and infrastructure projects within regional NT.

We are interested in hearing from driven individuals with civil engineering qualifications, a hands-on approach and interest in development opportunities.

The Role:
Opportunities will be site based on remote infrastructure and road construction projects. The successful candidate is expected to work on fly in/fly out (FIFO) rosters, often working outdoors and in remote locations.

Part of your learning in this role will be to assist projects with identifying, assessing and controlling project risks and the scheduling of activities. You will also be held accountable in project reporting and administration. You must have a strong commitment to quality, safety and environmental measures.

The successful applicant will have:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • Current driver's licence;
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency;
  • Meticulous documentation and organisational skills;
  • A methodical and organised approach to work;
  • Practical, hands on approach;
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude;
  • Interest in project management;
  • Desire to work in remote locations;
  • Previous practical experience is desired, but not essential.

Pre-Employment:
All candidates will be required to pass a National Police Clearance (within 3 months), pre-employment medical, and a drug and alcohol screen.
