The Company

They are currently looking to engage a Payroll Officer & HR Administrator.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with site managers to provide insights, assistance and support on pay variation calculations and its corresponding forms. You will report through to the Head of HR and will become an invaluable part of the HR team with a substantial amount of time spent communicating with internal managers and staff where required. Your role will be responsible in an almost stand-alone capacity to manage fortnightly pay cycles for around 1900+ people across NSW and ACT. You will also be responsible for exit pay management and to work in conjunction with a single EBA and related entitlement awards to ensure accurate results are achieved.

  • Experience across end-to-end payroll functions
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
