The Company:
This established national developer has an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects, and has an extensive project pipeline in SEQ. They provide strong support, leadership and back their sales teams with great marketing campaigns to ensure they succeed.

The Role:
In this role you will be take control of this large land development and be responsible for:
  • Facilitating sales contracts with prospective purchasers.
  • Meeting and exceeding project sales targets.
  • Managing and maintaining the onsite sales office.
  • Sourcing, developing and maintaining relationships with alternative sales channels.
  • Providing input to the marketing team for all advertising material.
  • Preparing regular reports, budgets and forecasts for submission to management as required in respect to all sales programs.
  • Sourcing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with  project home builders and real estate agencies.
  • Regular analysis of competitor projects and preparation preparing of research reports.
