The Role 

This role entails the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across Community (Home Visit) clients and at a Residential Aged Care facility in the South East Suburbs.  
The successful applicant will : 
  • Deliver high quality Physiotherapy services to clients in their own home 
  • Join a team of experienced Physiotherapists to deliver our first class service across the facility 
  • Support and mentor colleagues 
  • Coordinate and attend various meetings 
  • Develop Client Relationships  
  • Ensure caseload and documentation are timely and completed at a high standard 
About You

To be eligible for this position you will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be flexible and outcome focussed and have good time management skills. You must have: 
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) 
  • General or Limited AHPRA Registration  
  • Police Check Clearance 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
