The Role: The role of a Sales Administrator is to work closely with external sales team, manage small business accounts, and provide excellent customer service in person and by correspondence to support payment products for taxi drivers.
  • Coordinating external sales team: Ensures external team members are appropriately trained, supported, and perform to achieve sales targets
  • Account Management: Responsible for regular follow up with underperforming accounts and rewarding high performing accounts.
  • Sales team collaboration: Ensures team communication, meetings, material and follow up is completed in a timely and effective manner with other State Sales Administrators and Product Manager
  • Customer Service: Resolves enquiries and customer challenges in customer facing part of the business, as well as by correspondence
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in business administration, humanities or similar (desirable).
Experience / Skills:
  • 6 months -1+ year(s) administration or sales experience in a customer facing setting
  • Retail experience is a Plus
  • Proficient in MS word, Power-point, Excel & Excel & another Office program’s
  • Some sales experience
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Can-do attitude
1+ year(s) sales coordination experience
