The Role:
 
As the Merchants On-boarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing merchant applications, handle enquiries, organise new merchant on-boarding process and manage communication with Merchant applicants and independent Merchants.
You will also be required to develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, maintain inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, and assist the National Merchant Partner Manager grow national usage of our payments systems and products in order to increase Cabcharge revenues.    
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the National Merchant Partner Manager qualify and on-board Merchant Partners.
  • Support Merchants, managing correspondence and enquiries with Cabcharge Payments via the telephone, letters, newsletters, social media and occasionally face-to-face where required.
  • Help implement marketing and advertising campaigns; prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organising promotional presentations; updating calendars. Content, design creation.
  • Promote and increase the presence of the Cabcharge brand at trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements through attending industry conferences, host driver events and provide branded promotion & marketing material.
  • Curate and create merchant newsletters with the National Merchant Partner Manager to update merchants on new Cabcharge products and services, as well as industry trends and thus increase merchant engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensuring Merchant stock levels are monitored and orders for stock are managing appropriately.
  • Ability to travel if required.
  
 Competencies:
  • Tertiary Qualification – Business, Communication, Administration and an interest in Marketing
  • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in administration, communications, business development and/or relationship management.
  • Strong Customer Focus.
  • Competent in digital communications Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer.
