The Role:
We have been growing, we have been transforming and we are now looking for a Business Leader in our EFT Solutions team.  EFT Solutions is a specialist payments solutions consultancy with clients in the payment, retail and finance sectors.

EFT Solutions is experiencing exponential growth on its way to becoming a leading player in the payments product space.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial & fearless leader who is ready to take EFT Solutions to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:  
  • Build, own and drive EFT Solutions’ vision, objectives and product strategy to create a highly profitable global payments business
  • Transforming current business model into a recurring revenue ‘SaaS type’ model
  • Attract, grow and foster a strong customer base
  • Lead and grow a team of exceptionally talented engineers, product owners and testers who are all hungry to be part of EFT’s future growth
  • Evolve lean, adaptive structures to enable your team to drive the vision with you
You will succeed in the role if you:

  • Have strong leadership skills and can manage a high degree of change
  The requirements  
  • Around 8-10 years’ experience in commercially orientated roles within the IT sectors
  • 3+ years’ experience specifically within the online payments sector
  • 3+ years’ experience managing & structuring cross functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Previously grown a new business unit or organisation around a digital product set requiring an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Can demonstrate tenacity to implement highly complex agreements impacting on multiple stakeholders
  • Previously presented sophisticated strategic insight into digital payments industry trends
  • Experience managing and delivering growth on financial targets
