What we need:
13cabs are seeking experienced customer service agents to join their dynamic, 24x7 Woolloongabba based Call Centre as Customer Support Operators.
We have a number of casual opportunities available which will cover a variety of shifts. Successful applicants will be provided with training and ongoing support once they're on the floor taking live calls.

What you’ll do:
As a Customer Support Operator, you’ll be taking inbound calls from 13cabs customers – everyone from elderly citizens to corporate accounts, and making sure they’re booked into our system so that our Drivers know where to go.
  
What we're looking for:
  • Experience managing a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • A sound level of interpersonal skills and commitment to treating others with respect
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Exposure and/or ability to work with in-house programs and computer systems is advantageous
  • Team player and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Must have exceptional verbal communication
