The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team ASAP for a 1week temp assignment with opportunity to extend. Based on their busy front reception desk located in Melbourne, your core duties will include:  
  • Front of House Management
  • Customer Service - Meet and greet of clients
  • Managing the company switchboard
  • Booking and coordination of client appointments
  • Creation and updating of client files
  • General adhoc administrative support to the team
About You:
  • Previous Reception or Administration experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Personable and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional coordination skills
  • Immaculate presentation
