  • Teaching - mentoring and coaching others who are keen to learn from you
  • Evangelism - championing agreed development processes, tools and techniques, some of which may come from your own initiative
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Extensive experience with .NET and front-end
  • Experience in DevOps (containers, CI/CD pipelines as code, infrastructure as code)
  • A knowledge of cloud services and their offerings (such as serverless and managed web applications)
  • A passion for software architecture - think microservices, event-driven design and the like
  • Skilled at mentoring junior team members
  • A degree in Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in software development
