About the Position

BSA Limited has a National Automation division utilising various systems and is currently looking for an experienced manager who will be managing the Automation business in NSW as a State Manager.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven who can demonstrate their experience in business development, leadership, customer relationship management and creative thinking. 

You will be responsible for
  • Management and Leadership of the NSW Automation team
  • Business Development, Engineering and Customer Relationship Management for Internal and External Customers
  • Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong experience in operation and maintenance of various Automation systems
  • Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, staying updated with latest changes and advances in HVAC control systems and technology
  • Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct, aligned with expectations of ethical behaviour according to company values
  • Complying with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures
You have
  • 5+ years’ experience working in HVAC Automation within maintenance and/or construction with tertiary qualifications in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Experience with Niagara, EasyIO, Honeywell, Alerton, JCI, Schneider will be positively regarded
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of BMS and IoT systems & solutions.
  • Current Australian HVAC Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
