About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our BSA | Maintain team covering Bathurst.

This role will involve preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance; minor capital works; and 24/7 emergency services for our clients' HVAC assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service, maintenance and repairs to various types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
  • Establish and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Mentor and supervise apprentices
  • Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate, compile and submit required paperwork and other procedures
  • Attend call-outs as per rostered requirements
  • Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market developments, keep up-to-date with the latest changes and advances in HVAC
  • Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct
  • Comply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures
Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HVAC service technician
  • Refrigeration Licence – must be current
  • Australian Restricted Electrical Licence – must be current
  • Driver’s Licence – must be current
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements
  • Strong diagnostics and fault finding abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
