An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic General Manager Program Development and Delivery to join the leadership team as the organisation enters the next stage of growth with the Pipeline to Prosperity program. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will provide executive level leadership and management of the development of TI’s capital program and delivery of capital projects consisting of 10 projects at an estimated value of $950m, whilst effectively managing a variety of stakeholder relationships. This state-wide role will ensure the delivery of a program of capital works that provide the best possible service to TI’s customers/ stakeholders, including state and commonwealth governments.  
  
The successful applicant will provide leadership across the organisation but particularly to members of the Program Development and Delivery team to proactively maintain a positive, values based, adaptable, enduring culture and work environment. Experience in a similar senior role supported by expertise across general management, program, and project and business case development and delivery is essential. This position will drive performance improvement and teamwork and will also provide the opportunity to work closely with the community and develop a partnership approach across a broad range of stakeholders. Experience within the water industry or agribusiness would be highly desirable.
