We are seeking an office and business administration specialist to support JVAT and our contingent support division, Forward Facing.
The main function of this position is business support with a focus also on recruitment support, candidate application, coordination, candidate care, process improvement and compliance. Previous experience in recruitment with an Applicant Tracking System would be a bonus but is not essential for the right person.
If you're bright, enthusiastic, flexible, have a keen eye for detail, a right first time approach to office administration and can hit the ground running then we would love to hear from you.
The role will provide office administration support including ordering stationery and office supplies, helping with process implementation and general admin duties. Experience with IT would be beneficial.
