WE are seeking stellar candidates to join our all-star temp pool that are experienced all-round administrators, reliable, mature and eager to work.  These positions are Perth Metro based ranging from short term to long term temporary assignments. You will have excellent communications skills, with high attention to detail and polished presentation in the workplace.  With these assignments comes the possibility of turning temporary roles into permanent positions – thus we will celebrate your success with you!

Roles:

We are calling forward candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in any of the roles listed below:
  
Personal Assistant
Reception
Payroll/Accounts/Finance
Legal Secretary
Data Entry
Administration Officer/Assistant
HR Administration
Marketing Administration
  
Key experience requirements:
Proven qualification and experience in your area of expertise.
A committed work ethic
Highly developed communication skills – verbal and written
Advanced computer skills and experience working with various systems including Microsoft Office, SAP, CRMs and other systems relevant to your expertise
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to work from home – home office function
Own reliable transport
Happy to work as part of a team and equally autonomously
Minimum of 2-3 years customer service experience
Proactive and ability to use initiative
