A great role working an ASX Listed Business where you will Coordinate the execution of B2B and B2C marketing solutions. 
You will run small and medium campaigns (education and demand generation) to support the business strategic plan, agreed objectives and the annual marketing planner across multiple channels including but not limited to: Print, Radio, Out-of-home (OOH), Events / conferences / tradeshows, Digital / Web, Social, Webinars, SEO / SEM, Experiential / on-site activation
Coordinate the development and rollout of marketing collateral and merchandise (sales engagement) in a timely and professional manner from initial briefing through to final delivery.
Write, edit and execute operational and internal communications as required by the business.
Actively participate in the marketing planning and brainstorming processes.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and develop communication solutions.
Deliver to agreed marketing SLAs - response and completion times, through effective traffic / resource management.
Update website site via content management system.
Track and report on marketing expenditure and invoicing.
Requirements to Meet Position Objectives:
  • At least 2 years in marketing coordination, providing support and assistance to a marketing team within a client-side position.
  • Experience coordinating small to medium size marketing campaigns, across multiple channels from working with key stakeholders on campaign requirements, liaising with designers, the QA process and through to production and delivery.
  • Previous experience in the publishing of social content, running campaigns (Facebook; LinkedIn; Twitter; WordPress) and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in the production of branded merchandise from sourcing, quote review, vendor management, QA and delivery.
  • Experience in managing the print production process.
  • Hands on event or sponsorship management coordination experience.
  • Analytical experience in generating reports and presenting information via Excel in a graphical format.
  • Previous experience managing suppliers – cost management capabilities; invoicing and ensuring on time delivery of assets.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering to agreed KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of the core marketing channels and how best to utilise these to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to write cohesive marketing briefs.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms including content publishing across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Ability to assess and quality check material against brand guidelines.
  • Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
  • A passion for problem solving, working as part of a team and providing high quality outputs.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Quick thinking with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage their time and prioritise deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, fast paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Effectively work as a key member of the Group Marketing function while also in cross-functional teams.
Highly desirable but not essential
  • Formal Marketing qualifications – BA or similar
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing tools e.g. MailChimp / Vision 6 / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with enterprise level content management systems.
  • Experience running reports and extracting results from Google Analytics.
