The Leasing Consultant is a member of the consumer Sales team and is integral to the continued contribution to revenue generation and business growth. 

Focussed on Inbound enquiries and working with a complex, state of the art CRM, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients through the ongoing management of their accounts, including lease transfers, end of lease follow up and replacing existing leases with new vehicles. 
 
Your strong client relationship skills will be integral to your success in providing high levels of service delivery and client retention.  You will give advice on Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging products to clients with a view to ensuring and increasing revenue generation.
 
Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with Inbound Inquiries including; - Creation of new leads within system guidelines - Contacting all leads in a timely and consistent manner - Qualifying leads and understanding customers’ needs –
  • Building rapport and trust with each customer - Clear explanation of novation, tax, insurance and leasing concepts 
  • Handling Pre-Settlement activity – utilising a custom CRM, in following defined procedures
  • Working with Sales Support to ensure delivery of all documentation and processes
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and providers including; Vehicle Dealer Network to ensure quotes and invoices are returned within agreed KPIs
  • Provide advice on choice of vehicle for customers’ requirements
  • Handling Post Settlement activity to a high standard
  • Identify and action opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products
  • Liaising with marketing to identify and produce campaigns to driver lead generation
  • Manage your account for repeat and referral business
  • Processing Dossier Closure - Owning the lease termination process, ensuring a high level of Customer experience
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an Inbound/Outbound Sales role with an obvious drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Outstanding Client Relationship Management skills
  • Highly autonomous with a consultative and personalised sales process
  • High success orientation, with a desire to learn and develop your skills in a nurturing and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to break down complex problems into smaller manageable tasks
  • Organisational skills that ensure effective time management including the ability to prioritise
  • Strong verbal, presentation, written and telephone communication skills is essential to the role
  • Demonstrated experience of value selling over the phone
  • Solid technical skills including experience working with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) as well as the full MS Office Suite; Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
  • Experience in non-tangible product area like finance or telco desirable
  • Experience in the salary packaging industry, novated leasing or fleet/motor vehicle leasing
