Our well-established occupational health business, Jobfit Health Group, is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator for a full-time position in Greenslopes QLD

Jobfit Health Group delivers a broad range of occupational healthcare services to thousands of businesses nationally, including pre-employment medical assessments, work fitness assessments, injury management and prevention, drug and alcohol screenings, onsite medical services, health surveillance and health and wellness programmes.

The Client Services Coordinator works closely with the State Manager, and is responsible for the coordination of the service delivery to our clients to ensure KPIs are met, as well as day-to-day coordination of the various clinics situated throughout QLD.  The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have experience as a client services coordinator or a solid track record of managing client relationships.

  • Understand agreed targets for client service provision, delivery and standards of relevant services, KPIs, costs, and Jobfit’s capabilities.
  • Proactively manage the business relationship between Jobfit and the client with the goal being client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings in conjunction with State Manager.
  • Initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service in conjunction with the State Manager.
  • Facilitate open communication and discussion with client, acting as part of the administration team to maintain and work to the agreed service level provision.
  • Provide daily and monthly reporting to key clients and State Manager on service KPIs via email.
  • Provide data and advice for projects, i.e. drug & alcohol testing, component specifications, communications, contact centre.
  • Assist the State Manager to service unique recruitment requests (i.e. bulk recruitment, time critical booking requests, on-site services).
  • Responsible for the receipt and collation of medico-legal notes for Requests of Information.
  • Engage with Jobfit Contact Centre and Finance Department.
  • Coordination of day-to-day activity in clinics and coverage for State Manager when offsite or on leave.
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship coordinator or operations coordinator or a track record of managing B2B relationships and coordinating operations for service delivery in a professional industry.
  • Current Australian drivers licence (clean).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Capable of promptly analysing client needs and ensuring an effective, timely and appropriate proposal response.
  • Results driven, dynamic, persuasive, flexible, able to identify client needs.
  • Polished communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • An understanding of the health industry (preferred).
  • Intermediate computer skills.
