Our well-established business, Fullerton Health Assistance – Australia, is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join its team
  
Fullerton Health Assistance - Australia offers a full-service global Emergency Assistance program, delivered from our highly experienced team located in Sydney.  Supported by our global partners, we have many years of travel risk management experience and substantial emergency assistance case activity.   
  
Reporting to the Team Leader – Operations, the Operations Coordinator position requires an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated person who is committed to exceptional customer service and support to our corporate clients on a rotating 24/7 roster, including nightshifts and weekends, 7am to 7pm.
   
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, cost-effective and customer focused emergency assistance while self-managing a portfolio of cases. 
  • Manage a daily case portfolio to maintain client services standards and KPIs.
  • Arrange ground transfers and hotel bookings as directed by client.
  • Arrange medical evacuations, repatriations and inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Appropriate reporting to claims of medical and travel cases, including accurate cost estimation and medical treatment plans.
  • Create travel advisories to reflect world events that impact world travel, including security and health.
  • Achieve productivity levels as designated by management.
  • Provide support to other portfolios as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in business / health related discipline
  • Customer service and/or customer service experience (preferable)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and CRM skills
  • Problem solving and analytic abilities
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
