About the Role:

This is a rare and absolutely exciting opportunity for a person who is highly skilled in MYOB, Accounts to Trial Balance, Foreign Exchange (mainly Pound, Euro & USD), International Payments, Reconciliations, IRD/Tax Compliance, Invoicing, Managing International Freight plus local courier deliveries in NZ & the Pacific, as well as other general office management tasks as required.

Great opportunity to work in a small, friendly and supportive environment where you will feel you ówn your role', yet there is plenty of support as and when needed.  Nice office and on site warehouse environment, parking and there is plenty of latitude to multi-task and enjoy a real team focus.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will need to have advanced level MYOB and a background that reflects previous success in a multi-functional and autonomous role where there has been a pre-requisite requirement for an éye for detail', accuracy and a proactive approach.  

You will also be taking enquiries from existing and new customers, so to be effective, you will need to have exceptional communication and refined customer service skills and be able to grasp basic technical packaging equipment information that will enable you to gain the trust and respect from customers.

Possess a fantastic 'can-do' and positive attitude, along with a sound level of confidence and enthusiasm.

Our client places a high level of importance on getting the right person/fit for this role, as not only will you be managing the financials up to Trial Balance and covering all other office management tasks, but you will also build rapports with customers and when your two managers are away out of town you will be pivotal to the continued success of their organisation. 

A key benefit of this role is flexi hours i.e. typically 0900 through to 1600 hours, along with a 4 or 5 day week!
