We are seeking a confident and experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our team.

About you
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly capable, well presented and experienced Client Service Coordinator.  Supporting a Partner and three teams of Accountants in a professional and courteous manner, you will be committed to providing outstanding service to both your internal and external clients.

With a minimum four years’ experience in a comparable role (PA or Team Assistant), you will possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy and a ‘can do’ enthusiastic attitude.  Excellent skills in MS Office with a demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, you will provide high level client service with a professional team focused approach.  You will have an excellent phone manner and the ability to work with a diverse range of people and clients. 

Previous demonstrated experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded. 

About the role
Responsibilities include:
  • Support to a Partner, Senior Manager, Managers and 3 teams
  • Reception relief (lunch)
  • Rounds when required
  • Workflow tracking
  • Preparation of invoices, WIP adjustments and debtor management
  • Generating standard correspondence and reports
  • Diary management and general client enquiries
  • Preparation of structure charts
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Preparation of agendas, minutes, catering for meetings as required
  • Preparation of standard compliance forms
  • Binding, scanning, photocopying, filing and outgoing mail
  • Powerpoint presentations as required
  • Preparation of tenders
  • Backfill of ASIC form preparation and lodgement
  • Backfill ATO lodgement program 
  • Backfill of other support duties as required
