TABMA Apprentices and Trainees are now taking expressions of interest for Carpentry Apprentices located in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. 
This opportunity is open to entry level applicants who demonstrate a willingness to learn, commitment, good communication and a passion for learning about the trade. The role will require a certain level of mathematical skills and an eye for detail. You will need your own transport and if you have a white card or have completed a pre-app or certificate in construction it will be highly advantageous.

The Apprenticeship will include the following training:
  • Reviewing drawings and choosing timbers and other materials for layouts.
  • Cutting and assembling materials together.
  • ​Fitting exterior wall cladding and window frames.
  • Assembling wood structures together and installing wood joints.
  • Repairing existing fittings.
  • Operating hand and power tools
