Who we need? 
You will be working in a high performing and dynamic environment so you will need to be a self-starter who is motivated, very detail orientated, experienced, and able to learn new tasks quickly. 

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need the following attributes: 
  • 5 years experience in an Administration Support role
  • Personal Assistant or Executive assistant skills or experience 
  • Excellent written communication skills, and naturally fussy about getting the details right 
  • Highly organised, orderly, and tidy by nature 
  • Professional, taking pride and ownership in your work 
  • Patient and persistent 
  • Intelligent and inquisitive 
  • Detail oriented – obsessed with getting the details correct 
  • Advanced at using all applications within the Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new technology quickly 
  • Enjoys achieving the end results, and takes pride in getting things right 
  • Able to take ownership and deliver to agreed deadlines 
The Role 
Some key responsibilities of the role include: 
  • Being a go-to person for the COO for admin support; such as preparing reports, arranging meetings and confidential minute taking 
  • Microsoft Word processing, proofreading documents and setting up templates 
  • Providing administration support to the internal HR Advisor in portfolios such as in Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Learning and Development, and general HR Support 
  • Receptionist duties such as responding to phone calls and greeting clients as required
