We are looking for an Finance Administration Manager to lead the administrative and accounts functions for this growing business in the construction industry. The Company operates across Victoria and this position is based in Carrum Downs.

The Role

Primary purpose is the administration of accounts and administrative function:
  • Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure Accounts are managed effective across the businesses
  • Train and develop your team of 2 direct reports to operate efficiently and effectively 
  • Review and refine current operating processes in the finance and administration areas
  • Work closely with internal parties and suppliers
  • End to end completion and reporting of basic Financials, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and Reconciliations
  • Assist Managing Director with cash flow and forecasting.

Qualifications, Skills and experience 
  • Formal qualifications in accounting or business related field
  • Sound knowledge of medium sized business accounting 
  • You have strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Desire to mentor and coach your team
  • You have at least 5 years in Fiance or Administration Experience
  • Pass a national police check
  • Own transport and drivers’ licence
