Fleetwood Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Bid/Submissions Coordinator to join our busy Sales team based in Thomastown.

We work with government departments, owners, architects and engineers to design and build custom buildings across a broad range of industries. As a turnkey construction company, we provide pre-construction assistance, project schedule development as well as construction management services.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Bid/Submissions Coordinator will play a key role in delivering tenders and bids so that they are delivered competitively, on time and to a high standard. 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing tender documentation to determine response requirements and identify parameters.
  • Coordinating tender review meetings with relevant departments.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders as required during the tendering process to ensure all required inputs are progressing and are completed on time.
  • Preparing tender documentation ensuring all response requirements are met.
  • Producing high quality bid documents in line with brand requirements.
  • Collaboration of full hand over pack on award, including close out of all clarifications.
  • Daily lead generation tasks and reporting as required.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Department.
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in bid coordination (or other relevant role).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in developing written content and producing high quality tenders and presentations.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with regard to proofing and editing skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills with the ability to develop and understand complex concepts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve objectives with minimum supervision.
