Based in Para Hills West,  this role will actively pursue sales opportunities across a number of new and existing markets with the objective of increasing Fleetwood’s overall market share.

Since being listed on the ASX in 1987, Fleetwood has leveraged advances in technology and prefabrication to become the market leader in modular construction. We work with government departments, owners, architects and engineers to design and build custom buildings across a broad range of industries. As a turnkey construction company, we provide pre-construction assistance, project schedule development as well as construction management services.
  
About the role:
The BDR will be responsible for identifying, building and developing new client business within the market by pursuing business opportunities in key industries whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients.  
  
The key responsibilities of the role are to:
  • Developing new business by pro-actively sourcing and actioning sales leads
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for the sale of single and multi-storey modular buildings
  • Preparation and presentation of sale proposals, tenders and quotes
  • Generating sales and pipeline reports, attend regular meetings and liaise with internal team members and stakeholders
  • Playing an integral part in contributing to the positive culture developed within the Fleetwood Sales team
  • Monitor and achieve sales budgets and GP% targets in conjunction with the sales team and management
  • Assists with the promotion of Fleetwood’s product range at selected local and interstate Expos, Functions, Workshops and Seminars as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a Strategic Sales or Business Development Role
  • Preferred experience in Commercial Construction industry 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or comparable relevant experience
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder manager experience
