Exciting opportunity at a leading consumer goods company has come up to help relaunch an existing product into the market.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading FMCG company based in Indonesia with a long history and brands that are both locally produced and exported into International Markets. They are currently Market Leader in the key categories they compete in and are also a leader in Product Innovation in the market. 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Be the main driver of the Product Category and Brand
  • Assist the company to relaunch and reposition a key product to gain market share 
  • Research and define branding & product strategy that would bring greater impact to key customers, partners, and internal users
  • Create and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas 
  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of your product areas
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, merchandising teams, marketing, ops, and other teams to deliver the product.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in product management or brand marketing role
  • Prior Product Launch Experience in an established FMCG company is mandatory
  • An analytical and data-driven person with strong market insights knowledge to support strategy
  • Customer/user-oriented person
  • Ability to work well across functions
  • A team player with great communication skill,
  • Have a desire and willingness to continue learning with a condusive work environment.
